Refund policy
We are not taking returns at this time for opened packages, as our products are related to food consumption. If you've opened your package and don't want your product, please recycle them.
We will offer refunds if the product is defective on arrival.
If you ordered your product by mistake, don't want the product anymore, haven't opened it and would like to return it, please contact us at orders@beefybrands.com. We can work something out.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@beefybrands.com. Simply attach a photo of the product you received with your name, email, and purchase number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Make sure the package isn't opened and contact us at orders@beefybrands.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING
You will have to cover costs incurred for re-shipping item to us and back to you.
